He had been in such health for several years that he was unable to perform manual labor, but during the days immediately preceding his death there had been nothing to in- dicate conditions unusually alarm- ing. Fred Aderman was born near Ber- lin, Germany, Jan. 3, 1856, and came to the United States 17 years ago, coming to Decatur from Farmington, Mo., within the last year. He leaves his wife and three children, Fred, Dorothy and Carl, all of Decatur; his descendants include seven grandchild- dren. One son, Edward, serving with the A.E.F. died in France in 1918. The body was taken to the rooms of Moran & Sons. Funeral services will be conducted in St. Johannes Lu- theran church Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, following a brief ser- vice in the family home. • Obituary: The Decatur Herald, 3 Apr 1923, Decatur, Macon, Illinois, United States. 12 ADERMAN FUNERAL Funeral services for Fred Aderman were conducted in St. Johannes Lu- theran church Monday afternoon by Rev. William and Rev. Robert Heyne. Burial was in Lutheran cemetery.
